Work in partnership with various mission agencies and networks in order to inspire and train local churches in the need to send and support missionaries from Guatemala.
Work with the Ezra Centre, who train pastors and leaders in integral mission. The trainer will work with others to facilitate courses focusing on child development, prevention of abuse, child protection and parenting skills. They will adapt and use existing materials in order to offer culturally appropriate courses to pastors, leaders and parents.
Work within Escuela ABC, a bilingual school located in the north of Puebla, as a ministry of Sinai church. They use an autodidactic homeschooling system, and would like a native English speaker to help in the spoken communication classes. The children come from low /mid economic levels, and most have no Christian faith. As well as teaching English, you could get involved in the music emphasis in the school, as well as youth work and discipleship activities within the church.
