Activities:

• Carry out an evaluation of the socio-economic situation of the families who might join the program.

• Coordinate with the Leadership and Technical Team, as well as the staff in direct contact with the children and teenagers, the Individualized Care Plan to be carried out with each child and their family, carrying out the necessary follow up.

• Look for ways of staying up to date with their knowledge in this area, and applying what is learnt with the children and teenagers they’re working with.

• Organize and carry out trainings and talks for the parents.

• Carry out home visits with family members who might need counselling and advice.

• Helping the families to carry out the paperwork needed for hospital visits, mental health State community center, and official paperwork for the children and teenagers.

• Produce recommendations for the Leadership about the moving of any child to another institution, carrying out the necessary evaluations.
