Laura is responsible for Diaspora Research and Development, based in Belfast, carrying out research into diaspora churches and groups in Britain and Ireland. Laura is seeking to locate and contact leaders of churches which have been set up by different nationality groups, to evaluate how Latin Link might partner with them, to encourage them in mission mobilisation and evangelism, to offer informal cross-cultural training and encourage their engagement with other local churches.
