Maddie Buchanan is the Short Term Coordinator for the team in Guatemala. She is responsible for the receiving of all Step and Stride members, both from within Guatemala itself and overseas. This includes organising their placements and supporting them whilst they are in country with orientation, evaluations and mentoring. She also teaches at a school for children of foreign mission workers once a week. She will be on Sending Country Assignment from May.
