Serve with the Nazareth Bible Centre, a church that runs a project called “Funda Sión”. This ministry currently works with 150 children, teenagers and young people from both urban and rural areas of Piedras, providing homework support, English lessons, music, arts and crafts, recreational and social activities. The aim is to help families in the region to improve the academic standards of children, teenagers and young adults; keep them off the streets and away from the world of crime; and offer them guidance and training to face life with vision, ambition and hope for a better future. Bible teaching is also integrated into the rest of the activities.
