Be part of a project run by the Wesleyan Church in Chía called the “Life Skills Club”. This ministry currently works with 50 children from the La Fagua district (located 20 minutes from the town of Chía), carrying out social and recreational activities such as homework support, English lessons, crafts and gardening, with the aim of keeping children off the streets and offering them guidance and training to face life in a healthy way. Bible teaching is also integrated into the rest of the activities. This has led to the start of a church planting initiative in the area on Saturdays to involve the children’s families, thereby achieving a holistic impact on the community.
