Ofrecer apoyo y animo a candidatos a Latin Link Peru. Esta tarea incluye coordinar las reuniones con los candidatos, sus pastores, las orientaciones antes de su salida y debriefing a su regreso.

Trabajar en cooperación con varias agencias misioneras y redes, con el propósito de inspirar y capacitor a las iglesias locales en la necesidad de enviar y apoyar misioneros peruanos. Apoyar a pastores y líderes de iglesias en mejorar su capacidad misionera.

Provide support and encouragement to mission candidates with Latin Link Peru. This role includes coordinating meetings with the candidates, their pastors, pre-departure orientation and debriefing them on their return.

Work in partnership with various mission agencies and networks in order to inspire and train local churches in the need to send and support missionaries from Peru. Support pastors and church leaders in improving their missions capacity.
