Tobi arrived in late 2023 and will be serving in Oruro until April, 2024. He has a passion for basketball and wants to use his passion to serve with Prison Fellowship Oruro, working with prisoners and young offenders, and Árbol del Ángel (Angel Tree), which is a ministry that works with children with family members in prison. Tobi hopes to run basketball training with these various ministries.
